I have a right to decline a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my terms and retain all rights to my work.

My work is for personal use ONLY (avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, upload it to your own personal galleries with credit given, etc.)

Do not profit off of my work, edit my lines or change colors etc. without asking.

You may NOT use the artwork for any sort of NFTs/Blockchain/cryptocurrency. Additionally, you may NOT use the artwork for training AI.

Please note that my style has a lot of range, so be wary that my style may vary. Design interpretations may also be inconsistent.

Also note that the amount of time it takes for me to finish a commission may vary since I have a job.

Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please express any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.

I only accept Paypal or Cashapp as payment. Payment is due upfront after an initial thumbnail sketch is approved.

I accept payments in increments or payment plans depending on your circumstances. I also accept tips!

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character's design.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.

I cannot guarantee that I will finish your commission on a specified deadline. If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state OR cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, a full refund will be given.

If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

Do not add a T.O.S on top of the one I have for my designs! Any design created by me is to remain under my T.O.S.

I have full rights to use the design to advertise & promote my work.

Refunds will only be given once the design has been transferred back to me and all files of the design have been deleted on your device(s).

Once additional art has been drawn for the design, I can no longer give a refund for it. You're only option is to trade or sell it.

Don't resell for more than they were purchased for unless you have extra art of the design.

Designs can be traded for other designs, art, etc. ** at least of the same value.**

You MUST notify me about the new owner if selling or trading.

You're allowed to tweak the design a little bit, but not drastically. (ex. changing eye color, fur length, palette saturation/hue, etc.)

You can also give the design any gender/pronouns, change species, and add accessories you'd like!

When reposting the design, credit me as the deisgner!
